More than 20 years building businesses across sectors, maritime among them. Founder of Nanlian Ship Management LLC, which he took from a technical ship manager to a full-service maritime provider under YC Ventures. He leads the YC Ventures group today, of which Aequor Shipping is part, and Aequor’s three partners and its Chief Growth & Strategy Officer report to him.

More than 15 years in maritime commercial operations and freight trading, handysize to Panamax, worldwide. Before Aequor he co-headed a coal and metallurgical coke business unit trading the Pacific, building the team and the book. His record is in P&L management, business development and hiring. He runs Aequor day to day; the chartering desk and HR report to him, and he reports to the Group Managing Director.

More than 15 years in dry bulk, from operations to chartering, with more than 30 months at sea before coming ashore. A member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. He co-headed a Pacific coal desk and led teams as a director to profit and target. At Aequor the operations and accounts desks report to him; his brief is the practical side of every fixture, the commercial and legal framework and the voyage inside it.

More than a decade in freight, ocean transportation and international trade, with dry bulk operations as the core. Earlier roles at Interocean, Bulkmarine Ltd and Phaethon International, where his work on operations and trade compliance cut cost and turned voyages faster. At Aequor he directs chartering alongside the CEO, one of the senior chartering managers reports to him, and he reports to the Group Managing Director.

More than two decades in maritime leadership across functions, the most recent as a C-level executive. His brief is growth: positioning, markets, counterparties and the operating systems that let a desk of sixteen run 254 fixtures in under three years. He has built and scaled operating businesses with technology at the center, most of them in demanding, high-pressure settings. He reports to the Group Managing Director.
